Perriam Cove - Cromwell

PBS contributed to the beautiful apartment complex at Perriam Cove. The complex is 24 apartments, restaurant and bar and complex centre. PBS project managed all the electrical, heating, plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying on the project.

The plumbing on this project was interesting, as the units float over water over the lake. They have spas and pools, so a great deal of plumbing to cater for and on the water's edge. Traditionally you’d have your plumbing and drainage underneath, but as these are built on stilts over the water, the project had to run a little differently. PBS installed Mitsubishi heat pumps in all the apartments as well.

The complex is now called the Lake Resort Cromwell which is ranked the top hotel in Pisa Moorings.
